Pug Breed Council

Welcome to The Pug Breed Council

The Pug Breed Council was formed in 1995 and is comprised of The Pug Dog Club, The Northern Pug Dog Club, The Wales and West of England Pug Dog Club, The Scottish Pug Dog Club and The West Pennine Dog Club. Each club is represented by two committee members. In 2005 The Pug Breed Council Health Sub Committee was formed. The Breed Council compiles and approves the judging lists for the 5 clubs and liaises with The Kennel Club on current health issues of the Pug.
